Once I receive the shoes back I will inspect them to make sure they meet the requirements of our return policy- never been worn except tried on,must be in all the original packaging(paper, shoe bags,vintage Havana’s card,extra laces,etc.) In the original box like new. If it meets the criteria then you would get a credit for the product only minus the restock fee.I would just double check that your product meets the criteria before going about the return.
