This is a vintage HARRY LEVINE "HL" USA purse. It is made out of a black soft fabric material and it has a clutch in the center with a center loop strap. This fabric of this purse is very clean inside and out. The gold finished metal surrounding the purse does shoes its age with some scratches and wear on the metal sections. The inside is covered in a light salmon colored liner in a soft material. This is a vintage purse so it is not perfect in every way, but it is in good vintage shape.
