Vintage Happy Halloween Ghost Wind Streamer

Vintage 1980s to 1990s Hobby Lobby Halloween Ghost Wind Streamer with owls holding "Happy Halloween" banner Perfect addition to any vintage Halloween collection! Friendly ghost is very Casper inspired with two adorable owls. The ghost is holding a banner that says Happy Halloween and there's white plastic "streamers" dangling downwards. We would hang these in the front porch or front door, inside for a Halloween party, or wait until Halloween to hang it on a tree branch to greet Trick-or-treaters! Introduce a classic decoration to the kiddos, or relive the nostalgia for yourself! Still in package, technically NWT. If you open it and use it, hanging it in the bathroom while showering should help straighten out the plastic. Not sure if it's late 80s or 90s- I can't find dating information, but based on the artwork, I'm fairly confident it's 90s.
