Vintage Handpainted Polka Dot Kitty Ashtray and Cigarette Holder

Vintage Handpainted Polka Dot Kitty Ashtray and Cigarette Holder with Made in Japan stamp and embossing on underside. I bought this as dead stock years ago in New Mexico and it’s never been used. Wonderful bright coloration. There is some red grease pencil markings on underside that I imagine can be removed. There is a bonus safety pin stuck inside that maybe you can get out!
