Vintage Handmade Quilted Skirt & Vest Set Carol Eisert Designs Piqua Ohio Rare

This is a handmade, and one of a kind, vintage quilted skirt and vest set. It was handmade by Carol Eisert Designs from Piqua, Ohio back in the 1980s. The quilt squares were from an old quilt I believe (3 on the vest, 6 on the skirt ). The skirt is lined with cotton material, but I don’t know about the rest, it’s a heavier fabric. Two side pockets, elastic waist. The vest is on the shorter side. I’d say the size would fit a medium or large. Check measurements in the photos. Maroon color and the squares also have navy and white. Dry clean only. Nice condition for its age. Thanks for looking :)
