Vintage Handmade Navy Blue Wild Birds Pleated Midi Skirt Size XL

Navy blue background with small wild birds throughout such as finches. The material feels like regular cotton fabric (like quilting fabric). This skirt has a couple of tags in it (one XL, one with fabric and washing directions); however I do believe this is handmade because of the construction of the skirt (the zipper isn't cut down, the tag says 5% elastic but material doesn't stretch, etc). It is well constructed with no flaws. Measurements: waist 19" flat, length 26" Condition: Excellent vintage condition, no flaws seen.
