Vintage Handmade Mod Mini dress, black

Classic LBD! This is a handmade black mini dress in a sturdy black polyester. Top part is lined, and has a gather at the neck for a flattering bust. There are loops at the waist for a thin belt or sash. Flat measurements (double them!) are 17.5 pit to pit, 14” waist, 20.5 hips; 15 3/4” shoulder to waist, 21” waist to hem.
