Gorgeous woven winter hat. Possibly vintage. Appears to be handmade. Thick knit cream color on top and sky blue ribbed on bottom. Can be worn folded up or down. No labels. Measures 7.5” wide by 9.5” tall (unfolded), 7.5” tall folded. Feels like a snug women’s medium.
