Vintage, Handmade, Glass Seed-Bead Amulet Pouch

Some history of the amulet pouch: Amulets and the belief in their power dates back to ancient cultures. The Romans tended to wear the amulets as personal decoration, but Native American culture saw wide use of amulet/ medicine bags. This design was often taught as a beginners experience in beading and I know many ladies (my grandma’s age) who sewed these as girls. This bag is in beautiful condition and made from glass seed-beads. It is handmade. It’s a perfect place to keep your amulet, or a little note with a message… It’s good juju.
