Vintage Handmade Dress

Vintage Handmade Dress. Pretty baby blue and white. Not sure what material it is, but feels like a thick linen. Has been kept in storage for years so needs a good cleaning. Looks like some fading but it may just be from being stored and could come back to life after cleaning. Size is about a 6 or 8. Measurements are in pictures for reference. Such a neat dress,but it just doesn’t fit!
