Vintage Handmade Ceramic Powder/Jewelry Box Raised Flower & Butterfly Design

This vintage 1950's handmade ceramic powder or jewelry box features a beautiful handpainted raised flower and butterfly design on the lid. There is also some discoloration on the inside and some chips or nicks under the glaze. There is a rough spot on the bottom of the dish which looks like a dark speck that was fused to the piece during firing, as well as another one on the inside rim of the lid.
