Vintage Handkerchief Red Cotton Skirt XS/Small 24 Waist

Adorable pleated skirt in a cotton handkerchief pattern. Most likely from the 60s. Has a tag from Aldens in it, but no size tag. It's cotton, has a zip and two button closure that can be put at the front or on the side depending on your preference. Waist measures 24" and the length is 25"
