Up for your consideration is a beautiful women's blue denim vest. It is hand-painted, signed by the artist and dated 1997. I believe the name is Phyllis. Please Note: the inside tag, by the neck, is missing. Other tags are included and one of them states the size is 3, however I believe this is a 3X. When measuring the Underarm to Underarm = 28 inches, Length = 29.25 inches.
