Vintage Hand-Embroidered Mexican Folk Art Distressed Floral DRESS Girls Size 2

This listing is for a beautiful dress with colorful hand-embroidered flowers. Made of a durable ecru canvas material, this item is sleeveless, and knee-length. A belt is sewn onto each side at the waist. The dress is almost a piece of folk art that embodies the style and culture of Mexico. This vintage garment has peasant-like boho look. The workmanship is, in all, impressive and the embroidery has held up very well considering its vintage status. SIZE- Girl's 2T For a good fit, know your little one's measurements and compare them with the exact measurements here- MEASUREMENTS 13 inches from underarm to underarm (26 inches around) 12 inches across the waist (24 inches around) 18 inches from shoulder to hem CONDITION As lovely as this dress is, I say it is in FAIR or Distressed condition due to three imperfections. On the back near the hem in the lower left quadrant of the dress there are smudges and a spot (see pics where those are circled) There is a large area along the neck with distressed tearing (see pic) There is a spot along the neckline where the embroidered seam is missing (see pic) Please write with any questions I may have neglected to include.
