Vintage Hand Tooled, Mexican Leather Purse with a beautiful floral design on both the front and back of the purse. This purse was made sometime in the 1970's and has been repaired, areas re-dyed and some areas re-glued. The purse has also been reconditioned to restore its original beauty. The leather on the outside is in very good shape. There are some areas where the stitching is not complete but it will not fray. This purse is priced accordingly and can be used as an occasional purse. The inside has been dyed and although it does not look uniform, it is in fair condition. It does have the initials "JB" which was very popular with a custom made purse in the 70's. To maintain the excellent condition of the leather, it is recommended to use leather condition on a monthly basis to keep the leather oiled and in great shape.
