Vintage Hand Painted Nippon Morimura pedestal bowl with two handles and Moriage

Vintage Hand Painted Nippon Morimura pedestal bowl with 2 handles and Moriage detail on handles and rim of bowl ( see pic 10 for a closeup of the moriage detail) My research says " Mark: "M" standing for "Morimura" in a wreath, crowned by "Hand painted" and below, NIPPON. Date: Introduced in 1911 and possible in use until 1921.". Nautical theme sail boats seabirds very pretty sunset colors or sunrise. No chips, cracks or crazing that I could find . Flaws: still has spots that I could not remove I was afraid to use more aggressive cleaning measures on such an old piece see last picture for an example. The painted finish is not as glossy as the bottom so perhaps it was worn off over the years or it was more of a matte finish when it was first made. . Signs of wear consistent with age and use scratches etc . Measurements: from handle to handle ~ 8.5". The diameter of the bowl itself ~ 7" please see tape measure in pics to see what was measured.
