Vintage Hand Painted Floral Metal Magazine Holder

My Aunt & Uncle have had this and time to share. See pictures for dimensions. It has a twisted rotating bar to hold into place. A wonderful assortment of hand painted flowers on one side. Decorative design on both arms. Yes, it has spots of age but… it’s an Antique!
