Vintage Hand Painted Bud Vase with Handle, Pottery Bud Vase, Ceramic Vase, Small

Beautiful vintage, ceramic bud vase with handle. Color is a light bluish greenish grayish color with hand painted flower design. Unsure of origin but has artist signature of "Odgers". It was an antique of my mother-in-law. No cracks or chips or flaws noticed. Size is about 8" tall x 3" wide at the thickest part and 2.5" wide at the base, as seen in photos.
