This is a beautiful vintage hand painted blue and red floral dish. Vestal brand, Alcobaca from Portugal. Beautiful detail. Scalloped edging. Measurements are pictured and are approximately 2 inches tall, and 6 inches by 4 inches wide. This dish had a chip break area and was repaired.
