Vintage Hand Made Blue Velvet‎ Girls Maxi Dress

This dress is in good condition except for the hole in the seam at the neckline as shown. I've opted not to mend in case you are handy and opt to change the neckline or add something to cover the hole as it is not going to be a straight clean seam. Where the trim on the bottom meets is also a little sloppy. Tried on my own 9 year old and this fits like a 10 in my opinion.
