Vintage Hand Blown Green Glass Flower Vase with Swirl Pattern

Vintage Hand Blown Green Glass Flower Vase with Swirl Pattern on the neck. I do not know the date of this. I was owned by a WWII Veteran that tended to keep everything so the time ranged can be anywhere from the early 1900's (He had things of is mother's) to the 1990's. Vase is in good vintage condition, I didn't see any cracks or issues. Some minor normal use wear exist. Please review pictures.
