Vintage Hand Blown Art Glass Hanging Decor

Beautiful Vintage Hand Blown Art Glass Hanging Decor Orange and blue swirl. This was used outside as hanging decor. There is a what looks like some smudge of dirt inside but I did not try to remove the lid to clean inside. Other than that the glass is in beautiful condition, no chips or cracks. Please also see the plastic topper with hanging piece that has blemishes chips in the plastic.
