I believe the material content is 100% cotton based on look and feel. The large front buttons along the center seam are shank style pearl buttons and the smaller pearl style accents along the bottom hem, sleeve hem, and collar are all pearl beads. The cardigan is in overall good pre-owned vintage condition. No holes or breaks in the material. There some staining on the back of both sleeves, pictured, as well as slight overall fading in color due to age and washing over time.
