Vintage Halston III Blue Chiffon Pleated Wrap Belted Dress. Very Disco! Nice pleating on top and bottom portion is very flowy. Button closure inside and outside the dress. There are a few spots on the dress as indicated in the photo. I have not tried to remove them. Size tag has been removed- I would guess size 6. Perfect for a night out! Measurements laying flat: C-14", W-13", H-22", L-45" As with most vintage pieces, some signs of wear are to be expected.
