I believe this is a 1950s vintage style, it is a simple circular halo or ring with netting, in navy blue. It is not velvet, as many were, but it is a textured material. The net has two velvet dots, not quite as big as a quarter, and they are positioned at about the temple area. The netting is in very good shape.

vintage_vampira @gerlandagelin PM takes such a big chunk under $15, that $8 is really tough. If I put it on sale once closet clear out starts, then if you just buy it outright, you'll get $4.99 shipping. your total would be $16.99 which is not that different than $8 and $7.97 shipping... a dollar more is all.
