Vintage Halmode Plus Bright Textured Short-Sleeved Dress Women's Size 16W

Vintage dress from Halmode Plus. Bright colored textured patterns across the chest and large bright buttons. Skirt is an assortment of bright colors as well. Dress does have shoulder pads and a tie in the back. Women's size 16W, Good pre-owned condition. The only flaw of note is the fraying content tag inside the neckline. Please see photos.
