Vintage Halloween costume 60 70s floral dress Stephen OGrady Size 4 party bright

This dress is one of a kind- vintage Stephen OGrady bright 60’s or 70’s dress. Fits size 4 adult. The hem has been let out (see first photo) but was hemmed at one time to a shorter length. See photos for long measurements and shorter measurements. Each style gives the dress a completely new look. The zipper is in great condition, the colors are vibrant and bright, and the hook and tags are intact. The size states 14, but it fits a size 4 adult. The band has rhinestones in clear, red, pink, lavender, and green. From a smoke- free home.
