Vintage Halloween Sonic Control Hanging Orange Pumpkin GHOST Shaking Only

Halloween hanging orange ghost. Pumpkin style with Jack-o-lantern face. Sonic control (sound activated) - this sometimes works, sometimes you just have to give it a little tap. It still has shaking movement. (If it’s being touchy just jerk it around in a circular motion to unfreeze it.) It used to light up and make sounds but these functions are no longer working.
