This is a vintage Halloween figurine. I think it might be a napkin holder. It is a witch making a potion in a cauldron. It is in good condition with a few small defects. The mixing spoon is broken, and there are a few tiny chips. It is 2.5 inches tall, 2 inches long, and 2.75 inches wide. The hole in the cauldron is 1x1 inches.
