Vintage Halloween Blow Mold Witch Head Candy Tube Topper *AS IS

Pre-owned, in AS IS condition. Witch head has chipped or misaligned piece in plastic on stem. Some slight scratches in paint. Included is the empty tube that held candy, but the tube has a 2" crack on one end, some dents, has yellowed, is warped - not straight and no end cap.
