Approximately a modern XSMALL 0-2 Designer: Huey Waltzer Era: Circa 1980s Rich stunning vibrant jewel tone royal purple and teal Amazing designer cocktail party dress with a pleated ruffle peplum. Can be worn strapless or with the attached straps. The straps have some frayed areas, shown in photos. They are completely functional, however.
