Vintage HL USA Event Bag

This special small bag has the Art-Deco look! It is not marked sterling and the stone looks like onyx but I wouldn’t guarantee it was. The strap is silver covered thread. Interior is perfect and has the original precious change purse. This would pop any color. The only flaw I see is a small chip on the stone and a scratch or 2. Whenever I used it I got tons of compliments! It present as much more expensive. I ship the same or next business day! No odors!!
