SCHREINER: 1939 - 1977 Shreiner Jewelry Company was founded by Henry Schreiner in 1939. He created jewelry for Adele Simpson, Norman Norell, and Christian Dior and often used clients names on his jewelry produced. He is known for his flower pins of daises , geraniums, sunflowers, and white marguerites, but made figurals of animals and vegetables. Some of the designs had inverted-set or upside-down rhinestones and unusual color combinations of the stones. The special stones used by Schreiner are no longer being made. The company did only fine handwork and never mass produced.
