Vintage HAND BLOWN Bud Vase / CRANBERRY OILSPOT / Rare Threaded Top / SIGNED ‘96

I am unable to make out the signature on this fabulous hand-blown glass vase. It does have ‘96 after the name so I am sure it was made in 1996. The clear glass has a multitude of swirling cranberry-red spots imbedded inside. The top is crowned with a halo of threaded spun glass which is very rare. I could not find another example of anything like this on the internet. The vase measures 3.75 inches tall by 3.25 inches wide and is in excellent condition.
