Vintage Gypsy with mandolin and seashell vase porcelain Dee Bee lustreware

Really cool vintage piece. I don’t have much information about it. It appears to be Dee Bee lustreware. Seems to have been used as planter. Has a little bit of dirt stain on inside of shell as shown. The piece is in very good condition for age. There is a few rough spots on top of points on shell as if chipped a little shown in pictures. Non smoking home. A11
