This is a previously-owned, adult x- large double-sided, black, short-sleeved “Guns ‘N’ Roses” T-shirt with an embroidered skull on the back (Fruit of the Loom brand, 100% cotton). Printed in 1992, it measures approximately 23 inches (from underarm seam to underarm seam), about 31 inches from back collar stitching to bottom, and is in good condition with a few small holes all pictured!
In 1985, LA band Guns ‘N’ Roses started playing clubs like the Whiskey A Go-Go, the Roxy, the Water Club, the Troubadour and Scream. Then, in 1987, their debut album, “Appetite for Destruction,” gained the band worldwide popularity and cemented the band’s place as an influential member of rock and roll history. Band members W. Axl Rose, Slash, Izzy Stradlin, Duff McKagan and Steven Adler helped usher in a new era in the hard rock genre. Axl Rose is currently the only original member in the now reformed band. This shirt is a reprint of the flyer that appeared for the band’s August 23rd, 1986, Whisky A Go Go date in West Hollywood, CA. Of note, the show was the first time the band played "Sweet Child O' Mine," "Mr. Brownstone" and "Ain't Going Down.”
