sandralee71 @ineng I don’t have the tools to get it open and I don’t wanna scratch it. I didn’t include a brand new watch battery with the package though. My mom keeps her stuff pristine and she said the watch does work so it just needs to have a new battery which I included. I will ship it on Friday
