Vintage Guatemalan Quetzal Green Patterned Skirt

I bought this skirt when I was in Guatemala in 1996. I’ve never worn it, always thinking one day I would. Elastic waistband is 11” when laid flat but can stretch to 18-19” laid flat. It measures 36” long. The pattern includes the Quetzal bird, the national bird of Guatemala. It has never been washed so it’s like brand new. Stored in a bin under my bed for decades. We are downsizing and I don’t have room to store things anymore. I’m guessing it’s a 10, I’d say between medium and large. I’m 5’10” snd 160 pounds and it fits me.
