Vintage Guardian Service cast aluminum griddle pan. These are excellent griddles. Cast aluminum makes it super strong so it doesn't warp. And it heats quickly and evenly. Makes an excellent comal for heating tortillas. Grilling everything from cheese sandwiches, quesadillas, burgers, eggs, hashbrowns, you name it. I have several of these from the 1940s. Excellent addition to your kitchen!
