Vintage Gruen II Women's Carved Semi-Precious Stone Scarab Mother-of-Pearl Watch

I installed a new battery & watch is keeping time. 1996. Back reads: Gruen II, Base Metal Bezel, Stainless Steel Back, GRT 377, 174, PC21, Battery 377, Japan Movt. Silvertone 18mm by 21mm case has goldtone lug. Mother of pearl dial. Carved scarabs in the semi-precious stones make up the goldtone bracelet band. 6-5/8" band has extension, to create length of 7-1/2". Under caseback is stamped "Hong Kong". Very nice condition.
