Vintage | Green Patterned Tiered Shirt Sleeve Midi Dress

Nice pre-owned vintage condition, no flaws to note. No tags for brand or materials except for the one pictured. Puff at shoulder of sleeve. V-neck with high waistline, pleating at bust. Tiered midi skirt. Zips up the back. Not lined. No size tag, but fits my dress form perfectly, so I’m listing as a small. However, please see measurements for a more accurate size.
