Vintage Green Art Pottery Vase/Cup Waving Hand

Here for your consideration is a nice unusual art pottery vase or cup with a waving hand. I am pretty sure this is more of a planter vase than a cup as it is bit heavy for a cup. It is not artist signed but a nice unusual piece. It measures 3.25" tall and 3" wide. It has no chips or cracks and is in good displayable condition.
