Vintage Greek Folk Art: Hand Painted O.N.K. Skyros Decorative Plate EUC

This authentic and vibrant decorative plate from Greece measures approximately 6.5” square and has an intricate, stylized hand painted floral and peacock design. Features bold blue, pink, green, and yellow colors. Zoom in to see the lovely hand-painted strokes. This vintage plate was created to be displayed, and fits in an easel or has holes for hanging. Or use it to hold small trinkets and doodads. The back of the plate is marked with the initials O.N.K. and the Skyros name along with the Greek word for handmade. These initials seem to date back to the 1970s or 1980s. This piece is in good used condition with no chips or cracks. There are minor signs of handling and wall smudges on back of plate.
