Vintage Grace Elements Tweed Skirt with Fringe

Beautiful plaid vintage mini skirt is NWT. This skirt has light fringe on the bottom going all around. The zipper is a light pink and there goes about half way down. There is a button enclosure on the inside as well. Never been worn, bought straight from Marshalls. This size is a 6 PETITE.
