Vintage‎ Gold Roman Coin brooch/ Clip

This belonged to my mother. It is really unusual because it has a pin pinna to be worn as a brooch as well as a clip. Could be used on a scarf or on a coat. The possibilities are endless. I can't find any markings. Gold tone
