Vintage Gold Ring with Pink Stone size 5.5

Measures approximately as a size 5.5 Authentic vintage with wear present (mostly scuffs, all pictured). Brand source unknown. Interior stamped CHINA (pictured). The R “925” on the inside indicates that this is a sterling silver ring with gold plating on top. Not able to identify anything beyond this.
