Vintage Gold Link Mesh Purse, Dresden German, Kissing Clasp, Metal Frame

Stunning! I found this at a Sturbridge, MA antique mall and could not stop looking at it. It is a vintage art deco metal mesh purse- glamour at it's best! This Dresden mesh purse boasts a bright tone metal frame in a super Art Deco style and is marked 'Made in Germany'. The fringe is a delightful geometric design- very Deco! The mesh has a lush, silky feel and is in just superb condition. Pair with a simple black dress and watch how this piece shines! Purse measures: The frame measures 4" wide, purse is 6 3/4" long from the top of the frame, above the clasp to the bottom of the fringe. Marked "Made in Germany" In great vintage condition. No missing links or spots on metal mesh body. The inner lining is coming loose on one end but can easily be stitched back. The frame is in excellent condition and kiss closure snaps tightly.
