Vintage Gold CZ Heart Necklace Valentine Love Jewelry

Delicate and sweet vintage heart necklace. Perfect for Valentines Day or an anniversary. I believe there is stamping on the back of the pendant, but the chain has none. I can't read the stamping and the center piece is silver metal with a teeny stone. It's possibly a real diamond since it's so small, but I don't have a diamond tester and it wouldn't be very high quality or clarity. So I'm going to error on the side of caution and call this a gold plated piece with a CZ stone. Could be a treasure! Measures 18" with the pendant being 3/4" long.
