Vintage Glass Test Tube Vase with Black Base

Vintage - purchased over 20 years ago at a gallery in NYC. Never been used. In near perfect condition considering the age. See photos for details. Picture 2 shows the back side of the vase with a couple of white spots. It’s from the original packaging. I did not peel them off because I don’t want to chip the paint.
