This gorgeous vintage ruffled footed dish made by Mikasa Crystal is made in the 80's and was discontinued in 1997. The pattern is Rosella. It features a lovely pink tinted frosted ruffle edge, pretty pink flowers that are a slightly deeper tone than the edge. It stands on a solid clear glass footed pedestal base.
